2017-02-01: BIOS release, Build #094 production

- Added Setup option to execute a fixed delay at the early beginning of POST
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> Execute Delay after Reset
  Available options are: Disabled (no delay), 100ms (Default), 250ms, 500ms, 1s, 4s, 12s or 30s
  If enabled, it allows certain devices to finish its internal initialization before
  POST has access to these devices. The delay is indicated by a red blinking LED GP
  in front panel of PC2-LIMBO.

- Added Setup option to execute an additional reset on CompactPCI bus
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> Additional Reset on cPCI Bus
  Available options are: Disabled (Default), Enabled
  If enabled, an additional bus reset is executed on CompactPCI (Classic and PlusIO)
  during early board initialization. This possibly solves power-up problems of certain
  PCI devices. Note that this reset increased boottime by approximately one second
  to allow PCI devices to reinitialize itself (PCI specification Trhfa parameter).

2015-04-24: BIOS release, Build #092 production

- Added support for SPI of type EON EN25QH16

- Added support for processor-internal Thermal Monitor 1
  Thermal Monitor 1 can be controlled with this setup item:
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> Processor Power and Thermal Management -> Thermal Monitor TM1
  Available options: Disabled (Default), Enabled

- Added support for processor-internal Thermal Monitor 2
  Thermal Monitor 2 can be controlled with this setup item:
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> Processor Power and Thermal Management -> Thermal Monitor TM2
  Available options: Disabled, Enabled (Default)

- Added support for feature bi-directional Processor-Hot
  Processor-Hot feature can be controlled with this setup item:
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> Processor Power and Thermal Management -> Bi-directional ProcHot
  Available options: Disabled, Enabled (Default)

- Removed Setup nodes for ACPI thermalzone, cause DTS for ACPI is not supported

2013-02-28: BIOS release, Build #090 production

- Added support for Super-IO (SIO) SMSC SCH3114 on EKF Expansion boards
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Super-IO Configuration -> Serial Port [A-D]
  Every COM port can be set to Enabled/Disabled. Additionally one of six IO base
  addresses and one of five IRQs can be selected for every port. If no SIO is
  detected, all COM ports are automatically disabled to not confuse an OS.

- Show an error message if MAC address of EG20T is not programmed

- GPIO direction register of EG20T is now set after output register is set,
  to prevent a short pulse on some GPIOs

- Show board manufacturer in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Main -> System Information - Board Manufacturer

- Show board type and revision in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Main -> System Information - Board Type

- Show memory size of rank 0 and rank 1 in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Main -> System Information - Memory Channel Rank 0/1

- Changed ACPI ID to "EKF" and ACPI table ID to "PC2LIMBO" (without dash)

- Show correct SATA controller in UEFI shell command 'drivers'

- Increased number of history screens for UEFI shell from 3 to 20

- Switched off red blinking LED GP immediately after Reset

- Fixed a bug in USB OHCI driver which sometimes prevented a boot from an USB device

2013-01-15: BIOS release, Build #088 production

- Changed Ethernet LED behaviour of EG20T Ethernet controller (top RJ45)
  Top LED signals this: No Link = LED is off, 1Gb Link = LED is constant Orange, 
                        100Mb Link = LED is constant Green
  Bottom LED signals this: No Link = LED Off, Activity = LED blinks Green with a blink
                           rate of around 1.5Hz
  Two error cases can now be observed:
  Case 1: In case of no Ethernet Phy is detected, bottom LED is off and top Orange LED
  blinks with a rate of around 6Hz.
  Case 2: If unexpected OUI is read from Marvell Phy (88E1119R), bottom LED is off and
  top Orange LED blinks with a rate of 12Hz.

- Show an error message if no Ethernet Phy at EG20T is detected

- Show an error message if detected Ethernet Phy is not of type Marvell 88E1116R

- Added a further option in Setup item "Select Mode on POST Error" 
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> Select Mode on POST Error:
  Available options: Default, i.e. use error specific behaviour (Setup Default),
  Press F1 or F2 key, Delay and continue, Continue immediately without delay

2013-01-08: BIOS release, Build #086 production

- Added Setup item which controls the behaviour of POST if an error occured during POST
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> Select Mode on POST Error:
  Available options: Press Key to continue (Default), 3s or no Delay before continue

- Changed Default boot mode to Legacy
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> Select Mode on POST Error:

- Changed RTC default date to 2013-01-01

- Disabled ATA Configuration menu and removed JMB36x nodes from boot menu temporarily

- Disabled Setup nodes for Console Redirection

- Removed a minor bug in PCI initialization (SERR generation)

- Updated progspi.exe to V3.2

2012-09-07: BIOS release, Build #082 production

2012-08-03: BIOS release, Build #080 production

- Switched off red blinking LED GP much faster after Reset

- Added support to boot from devices attached to on-board SATA controller JMB362
  Option ROM for JMB362 must be enabled to boot from a SATA device:
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> ATA Configuration -> Expansion ROM for JMB362
  JMB362-1 SATA 1 is routed to CompactPCI_PlusIO_1_SATA or HSE-2
  JMB362-1 SATA 2 is routed to CompactPCI_PlusIO_2_SATA or HSE-3
  JMB362-2 SATA 1 is routed to CompactPCI_PlusIO_4_SATA
  JMB362-2 SATA 2 is routed to CompactPCI_PlusIO_3_SATA
  Note: PCI Express Port 3 must be enabled to enable on-board JMB362 SATA controller

- PCI Express Port 3 now enabled by default

- Show board name and BIOS information (Build number, type and date) during POST
  Added EKF "Copyright" message

- Additionally show vendor data behind model name for Intel SATA devices

- Replaced Chipset Microcode with version C0_22111_DQ24_ADDRCTR24_CLK24.bin

- Added support to reset BIOS Setup data, aka "CMOS" reset
  To set BIOS Setup data to default values, set jumper P-GP on PC2-LIMBO and restart
  the board. If jumper P-GP is constantly set, BIOS starts always with default settings.

- Show CPU Microcode Version in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> CPU Microcode Version

- Show Chipset Microcode (CMC) Version in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> Chipset Microcode (CMC) Version

- Show Memory Reference Code (MRC) Version in BIOS Setup
  Setup [F2]: Advanced -> Processor Configuration -> MRC Version

- Removed all IGD boot types from BIOS Setup, currently only VBIOS Default is available

- Removed all LCD Panel types from BIOS Setup, currently only VBIOS Default is available

- Removed S3 and S4 support from ACPI

2012-04-27: BIOS release, Build #072 production

- Fixed a bug which prevents the usage of CompactPCI boards with on-board PCI Express
  bridges and which needs support for PCIe feature IOV (PCIe I/O Virtualization).
  These boards are among others on EKF CL1-COMBO, EKF CP5-GLAM and EKF CN7-REVERB.

- Added EKF identifier block in BIOS binary to support flash utility progspi.exe

- Updated progspi.exe to V3.0
